Panera Bread - Seven Hills

I feel sorry for the workers at this restaurant. Although I enjoyed my delicious Napa sandwich, I was distracted by a woman on the phone loudly complaining about her mac and cheese. I was taken aback by the inappropriate language and insults directed at the innocent staff over an 11-dollar dish. It was distressing to witness such ignorant and abusive behavior towards the employees. It was completely uncalled for and immature.

I recently spent $65.00 on dinner for my family at a restaurant. Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized that one of our orders was missing- my daughter's large mac and cheese. I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake, and the person who answered assured me they would rectify the situation. My husband went back to the restaurant to pick up the missing item, but the manager, Jamie or Jennie, accused us of lying and refused to give us the mac and cheese that we had paid for. This embarrassing situation occurred in front of other customers, and I was shocked by the manager's attitude towards us. Despite my repeated calls to the restaurant, the manager persisted in accusing me of lying and refused to refund the $11 for the missing meal. This experience left me feeling insulted and disappointed, and I will not be returning to this restaurant again. It is truly disappointing to be treated this way after spending over $65 on our meal. I can only hope that the manager needed that $10.59 more than we did.

I didn't know what to check this, because the person I want to give this evaluation no longer works here. I think she was a manager or manager. She was blond and her name was jordan. I never even doubted bringing myself to smile when I came in. she can say that she has tried to establish good relations with her employees and customers. dear to talk to people, and looked like a good hard worker! the other manager who works there. I think her name is well when I'm right, is also super sweet. I couldn't know her before I stopped coming here because I moved about a month ago. but my experience with the younger staff was incredible. I miss getting my coffee runs here on Saturday and Sunday!

Wonderful experience every time. the chicken sandwich is really good

We got grilled cheese and tomato soup. The tomato soup is delicious and the grilled cheese has potential, but the bread, although toasted, was soggy. They need to figure out how to really toast it so it’s not squishy.
