Entry, lemon chicken, so good just wish there was a tad more lemon flavor. The final and BEST part, the hot LARGE cookie and ice cream, this was the best cookie I've had! It was perfection. Pricing for our meals which included ravioli was a bit much but won't detour us for stopping back in. Big disappointment. Marinara sauce was absolutely flavorless, whether on pasta or with the zucchini flats. Zucchini already has trouble with flavor and this sauce (and whatever the other, weird-tasting white sauce was) didn't help. Piccata sauce lacked any sense of even a small lemon squirt and the pasta was way overcooked. Wait staff was somewhat friendly, but it shouldn't be necessary to ask for water 2-3 times. I can't remember the last time I have had such a raving review. There was not a single thing I would change. From start to finish our experience was impeccable. The service we received from Gina was immediate, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were seated by the hostess, greeted by Gina, and started with water and break within 2 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised with the happy hour special for $10 apps and $10 cocktails. We ordered the zucchini planks for an appetizer and they came out very quickly. For entrees full sized Chicken Sorrento and Gnocchi Bake and the portions where HUGE. Definitely enough for 2 meals. We also tried several drinks and the split the tiramisu and cannoli martini for dessert. We recently tried Corleone's and Stancatos (both great Italian restaurants in the Parma area) but I think Eddie's is our new favorite. Very casual atmosphere where you don't feel like you have to have a formal dinner but still the quality and attention you would expect from a fancier restaurant. Can't wait to come back soon!
I had lunch here and was very impressed by the food quality and pricing. Bread was complimentary and the salad was quite nice. The lunch special included the entrée, a salad of my choice, and bread. The bread was clearly freshly baked on site, the salad was tasty and high quality, and my entrée was delicious. I ordered the Lunch Zucchini parm bolognaise vegetarian option with a pizzaria house salad. The meal was great, and well priced. The service was VERY slow though. I only saw 2 waitresses trying to service the entire restaurant. If I owned this business I'd do whatever it takes to hire more waitstaff, higher base pay etc. I was about to walk out before my waitress finally got around to taking my order, etc.
