O Joao Do Peixe - Setúbal

The food is good. And if you want specific seafood food then it’s a great place to go. But if you want just Portugese food, there are other restaurants with better food and prices. It is overpriced and they usually don’t give you a menu, so you just have to guess what the prices will be… and usually at the restaurant it will be overpriced. So- if you care about prices, don’t go. If money is not a problem… it will be fine and you will have good food. Note for the restaurant… please have menus… as a tourist it loses the charm of local when I don’t know the price of what I just pointed at. The whole meal I wonder what the bill will be at the end.

Mr joao runs a superb fish restaurant in Azeitao. the restaurant is just of the main avenue, but it is well worth the visit. Be on time or you'll have to wait to get a seat. The restaurant is packed every day of the week, and there is a very good reason for it. It is simply delicious. Fish is super fresh, the dishes are delicious and the service is quite good as well. Do not leave Azeitao without trying Joao's fish pasta (Massa de Peixe)!

Amazing restaurant close to my home. Soup fish, best fresh cheese, good choices of wine and charcoal grilled fish at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!!!

Restaurante não muito grande , com duas salas. Convém reservar . Praticamente só tem peixe boa montra , um prato de carne e paelha por encomenda . Preços médios . Staff simpático .

Recomendo a Ideal para quem gosta de comer belo peixinho fresco... Calmo. Bela esplanada e pessoal muito simpático e profissional
