After reporting room service we were insulted by the owner. Even a waiter, given the situation, supporting his employer, allowed himself to screw it up. Staff uncivilized and offensive at the slightest inconvenience.

After dinner we went into the room for a shower but, as there was no hot water, I reported this to the management asking to be informed when the service would be restored. After an hour I received no news, I contacted the switchboard again, the owner expressed himself as follows: "the water should now be hot and then two insults that cannot be replicated here. Appalled by the rudeness I encountered, I immediately contacted Booking, notifying them of my desire to leave the facility immediately, and at the same time asking them for a refund of the amount spent for the stay. It is impossible to tolerate people of this low cultural level. Dirty rooms and bathrooms, with some doubts about whether the sheets were changed. A nightmare!!!!! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Staff is extremely friendly, the room was clean, quiet and equipped with nets to keep out mosquitoes. The included breakfast is rich, with different baked goods, cheeses and ham, juice, fruits, and coffee of choice. And not to forget the restaurant, which features a sunset view of the beach and dishes that are so delicious, we ended up eating there every night of our stay (no regrets).
