After the second lucullian meal in this restaurant, it seems absolutely necessary to leave my opinion. They are Apulian and landscaping the owner, so also very critical to the kitchen of my native land. From Carletto I ate BE-NIS-SI-MO! At dinner with a large group of friends, we could taste and taste many courses: from the appetizer to the contours and it was all really OTTIMO. The raw materials are of high quality; fresh meat and vegetables, many of which come directly from my beloved Puglia. I'm not going to stretch out on all the dishes eaten, but I'm going to make an applause in particular to the excellent LINTORCI AL RAGU' DI BRACIOLE, prepared according to our tradition, just like my grandmother did. Involtini were applause as well as all vegetables under homemade oil that Carletto prepares with passion. I can't wait to come back to try the pizza with the sponsals! I was Saturday 05/07 with relatives and friends, I can say that at last in Milan there is a restaurant pizzeria Apulian, with products that come from Puglia and this said from a pugliese like me and from my 9 friends who participated in the dinner also their Apulian. Friendly staff and prepared on typical dishes
