A wonderful meal in this Alsatian village. The tasting menu was very copied with seafood. The elms were delicious as well as the dish with the Faro trout. A very good balance of dishes. Small dish the prices a little excessive of wines and champagne with glass compared to restaurants 1 star Michelin. I recommend.

Very nice and good food, we preferred not to take a menu that were very attractive) but rather to the map, the Sommelier gave us menu and wine to the glass ) with pepites, products of qualities with small wine growers, it was just perfect. The manager had the kindness of moving so that I could have my bouquet of flowers at the table when I arrived, thank you again. And the price? correct to the height of our tasting.

Quiet village, very clean hotel, helpful personal, warm and smiling. Henri workshop room very spacious, very comfortable bed, shower bath and sauna at the top. Little more without knowing, a very pleasant outer space in this heat period. Stay very appreciated, we will come back but this time for the meal too. See you soon

Very beautiful establishment! To stay in La suite l'Atelier d'Henri, it is simply magnificent: sauna, room open to the bathtub, private terrace with views of the fish basin. Excellent meal, a very good map! Stop going back.

Very nice first experience... a gustative delight... from the first bite to the last... Bravo for the still warm coconut bread... ....everything a small flat concerning the wine ...... that stayed on the stove in faillance after the first service... person to reserve us and not accessible either... Delicious meal...I strongly recommend.
