Beautiful ambience with an AMAZING restaurant. We stopped traveling from the French Riviera to/from the French Riviera and/or eating at the Hotel Schaeffer as we found it almost 10 years ago. Msr and Mme Mathé are hosts with a real passion for creative local cuisine. Very recommended.
An air-conditioned room with the heat it was doing last night it was very pleasant a great breakfast so we return there
Excellent tasting, the perfect staff I recommend.
What a treat! A real pleasure every time!
