I went with my son and his girlfriend. We had decided to order the chicken and liver schnitzel. When the very polite, I must say waiter came to order, he said he has ONLY those two. Change to smoked steak and sotsukaki. The waiter comes again and tells us that he has no smoked steak. Because the SC says they had a lot of work and ran out of them and they hadn 't brought them the fresh meats. First: we would eat the leftovers of SK. Finally, we order the suzukaki and beef steak. He brings the suzukaki and says: I 'll bring the steaks in a little while, I cook them well . I cut a suzukaki, raw from the inside. He brings the steaks, which were like soles from being cooked so well. I called him and told him the fact. He offered...to cook the steaks again. I declined and waited to see if they would do anything to ease the resentment. NOTHING. Note: The shop was not crowded and busy at that time. They were duly paid and off we went. I didn 't follow up, but if in a steakhouse you can 't even grill your bagatillas, and if you don 't care about your justifiably unhappy customer, you 'd better find another job...

Poor working conditions. For service and cash register, not even €4 an hour and of course without stamps. Constant judgmental behavior and in front of customers the bosses spoil the staff. It's no coincidence that staff is always in demand... Average quality food. They don't have the POS payment option. I don't recommend it for a workplace either, but not for fun either. After all, they force the staff to dismiss customers earlier so they don't have to pay them extra hours. (PS of course they didn't even give bottled water to the employees)
