On holiday, visiting Serracapriola, it is already extraordinary to find a sea restaurant there where you expect meat dishes. In any case, coming from the coast, we had no nostalgia for the fish. In fact, seeing the meat roll coming to the other table (the ragout brascioletta, we wanted to order it too. It was really extraordinary, very tender, in a home-made and fragrant ragù. The egg and sausage guitar paste is wonderfully good, and fortunately abundant. And I take advantage of this review to declare to all restaurateurs that people are sick of reduced portions at exorbitant prices. To justify two forks of linguine to twenty euros a plate with arzigogoli of condiments, know that it has tired. I mean, I fell in love with that egg guitar, a fresh and tasty dish. I'd like to come back.
