Al Laghetto - SERMONETA

This is a special review, it's not so much about the place where you eat however discreetly, but I can't judge fully having eaten only an appetizer (abundant) and a sorbet (this super, really good) but on the staff, in particular on the boy room/cook who served us and made us company during the meal. Courtesy, at hand and sympathetic, a boy so you turn your business. Beautiful location with terrace directly on the pond with two beautiful black swans and a nice little dog.

We came for a late summer dinner. We read negative reviews and were skeptical and instead.. The place is very nice and the food really good. Appetizer well supplied and with good and refined products, very good pizza. And the price absolutely affordable.

Premise: we were 18 people so a slight disorganization of the service would have been understandable, but we happened in a real chaos. 1. Despite the reservation, we arrived without a ready table and had to wait for them to add another table, although they knew the number of commensali. 2. Despite our request was 5 appetizers, there were brought 9, because according to the rules of the restaurant you bring an appetizer every two people even if they were asked less, of course they were put all 9 in the account. 3. They started bringing the first pizzas while we were eating the appetizer, taking off the dishes. Obviously, the second trance of pizzas arrived an 'hour later. 4. The ingredients of some pizzas were not the ones written on the menu, example: a 4 cheese, with 2 cheeses of which one was the thin. 5. At payment, our complaints were promptly challenged with us so we work. And work badly and unfairly if I can afford it. But I think the above points justify my previous statement. Surely I wouldn't recommend it, nor would I return it. Only positive note: the pond at sunset, which, unfortunately for the owners, is not the only one in the area.

Perfect place for families and couples .Pietanze plentiful and all very good. The friendly staff especially the girl who served us was friendly and friendly. Truly reasonable prices .Experience to remake.

This evening we had the bad idea of having dinner at the Al Laghetto restaurant, we ordered 2 cuts of meats and sliced and 5 pizzas. As we arrive we do not find anyone to welcome us, after turning a little in the hell of the place we found a waiter who made us welcome. We ordered quite quickly and after a half an hour the waitress warns us that there was a disguid and the pizzas came out before the appetizers and if we still wanted the cutters we would eat the cold pizzas. We decide to cancel the order of the cutters and immediately eat the pizzas that come almost cold and finally do not come all together, the last comes when the others almost finished eating. We ask for another 2 bottles of water and order dessert to three different waiters while we go to the bathroom from which we felt the chaos and the screams that were in the kitchen. At one point we thought we were in a nightmare box, after about 30/40 minutes of waiting, we decided to pay the bill and leave.
