My partner and I love this place, especially because they are the most convincing sweet and acidic pork we have ever tasted (it is seemingly from mushrooms). I also really like the Claypot eggplant, marmite lotus root and the monkey-head mushroom dishes. also the Yam ring/basket was very good! I really like that this place would find a lot of the food that they would find in a standard Chinese restaurant in malaysia, but it is fully vegetarian (and most, if not all vegan, it can be ice/milk in some of the dishes or in the mock meat, but I'm still a clear answer to it, as I don't speak any mandarin/cantonese and not all coworkers understand English). there are pictures of all menu items, so the order is never a problem and so far all the dishes I ordered have been confirmed free of egg/milk. despite not on the menu, brown rice is sometimes available, but I am not sure that they regularly prepare it, as sometimes they say it is sold / finished for the day. I have always found the service to be friendly, and although the restaurant is sometimes quiet/empty when they go early in the evening, it is often busy (popular) too day (mixed rice selection) and later in the evenings. we pay in the rule around rm40 for 3 a la carte dishes, rice and Chinese tee. I think that's reasonable, as eating is cooked to order and the portions are a good size. I have recently come to the habit of taking my own Tupperware container / reusable bags, if I want the staff to be very accommodating and very happy to pack the food in their own container when they ask.
Bad customer service and too expensive. there are several places that customers find worms in their eating. I personally found a tiny cockroache in my eating.
They have the best tonpot chicken rice. but the quality is not always consistent.
Eating is nice, just putting them too much ajinomoto. not healthy at all.
