Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

I visited this restaurant today at 3 o'clock and was overcharged for a family-sized pizza. When I asked for a refund of the difference, they requested to see the pizza. I returned the pizza and they corrected the mistake without apology and were quite rude. I have been a customer at various Papa Murphy's locations for years and have never experienced such poor service. I recommend checking your order, especially if you live far away, as there is a chance they may make errors and act dishonestly. Despite this experience, I will continue to dine at Papa Murphy's in the future, but may choose to visit the Port Angeles location where they have better customer service.

I didn't have a pizza cutter, so I ate the toppings and played with the crust. Papa Murphy's pizza was delicious even without being baked in an oven.

The last time I ordered for pickup, I received excellent and friendly service. Papa Murphy's is hard to top, and they always seem to have a great deal available.

Pizza is always great and exceptional customer service. Steve is a great manager. Definitely will always be buying from Papa Murphy's sequim.
