Two stars because the first time I came I came with 5 more people and the service was okay. The food, we all had stomach aches right after leaving. Gave this place a second chance today because they have a big breakfast menu, different from the franchise in Los Ángeles. Today I came alone, got sat down, I saw it was pretty busy. On a Friday morning. I looked at the menu and looked 5 more times since nobody came to take my drink order or anything. More people came in and got sat down. I was ignored and after waiting for 15 min without attention, I saw the a person who came in after me get his order taken. That’s when I decided to get my hat my bag and leave. Before I left I did tell the lady at the door the situation. I informed her I was going to leave this review. I found a spot a few steps away across the street called Orellana bakery, and I’m sitting here having a wonderful breakfast with a delicious coffee for half the price. Pollo Campero is basura, Never going back. This is supposed to be a brand new location too. Stick to small and family local businesses.
