I went to this Japanese restaurant for dinner during the week. The difference compared to fixed price restaurants is really huge. If in a typical Japanese all-you-can-eat all the uramaki, hosomaki and gunkan have the same flavour, here at the Sushi Corner each one has its own characteristic flavour, distinct from the others, not to mention that the variety here is wider . The fish is very fresh, and I realized this when the chirashi arrived. In fact, when you smelled it, you could still smell a vague smell of fish. In general the quality is very high, definitely superior to that of all-you-can-eat restaurants, and I can say that this is the best sushi I have ever eaten so far. It should also be noted that there is a wide choice of wines. The environment is quiet, elegant and quite refined. The waiters are very polite, and address the customer with respect and by addressing them as lei . The waiting times are a little long, but this is normal in restaurants where quality sushi is prepared. As already mentioned, this restaurant does not offer the all-you-can-eat formula, and therefore the prices are high. However, this is very normal, and is common to all Japanese restaurants with à la carte menus. Another important difference to point out: unlike all-you-can-eat restaurants, here at Sushi Corner there are exclusively Japanese dishes. So don 't expect dishes such as steamed dumplings, spring rolls or soy noodles, which are instead typical of Chinese cuisine. Basically, I had a great time here at Sushi Corner, and it is a restaurant that I highly recommend for those who want to have a formal or romantic dinner, or for those simply looking for an environment to dine in total tranquility. I will definitely be back!

La qualità del cibo è sempre altissima, oltretutto anche il servizio a domicilio non ha mai avuto pecche, nonostante dovessero consegnare a Corinaldo, quindi abbastanza distante. Complimenti davvero, ormai siamo vostri clienti abituali

Io e la mia famiglia lo prendiamo spesso da asporto. Ottimo sushi, prodotti sempre freschi, si vede la differenza con altri sushi della zona, anche la pokè ottima
