Excellent food and great service. Its the second time I visit O Xarroco and I both times was a fantastic experience.If you visit Matosinhos and want to try fresh and well grilled fish, donr hesitate to go visit O Xarroco.All day long Kitchen!Highly recommended.

Gostei bastante. Um restaurante familiar, que se nota que ainda cativa as famílias por tradição. Atendimento cuidado, a um nível que já dificilmente se vê hoje em dia. Pratos tipicamente portugueses e concessionados com respeito. Local bonito e acolher. Recomendo na eventualidade de quererem levar os pais ou avós a um sitio giro que agrada facilmente a todas as idades :

Boa comida, bom atendimento, não podia pedir mais! Experimentamos o misto de peixe e adorámos, a sobremesa (tarde de limão) e o vinho da casa também foram opções. Difícil é escolher quando temos o melhor peixe fresco.

One of the best grilled fish we've ever eaten. we tried waterbass and makrele, but I'm pretty sure everyone had been fish well.

Great experience, the best octopus salad for a starter, then whistle and sardine so big and tasty. not to mention home made bread and big white wine (for 10 eur a bottle).
