Max's Custard - Seneca Falls

Used to frequent this location a few times a year as they have a lot of different flavors, and it 's close to home. But since the opening this season, it 's been nothing but problems. Our ice cream has consistently been half melted and today was probably the worst. Thankfully our kids cones were ok, but my medium was a small melted blob in a dish. My husband 's order had been forgotten while 10 other people got their orders behind him. He asked where his order was and they responded with that they had to change out the ice cream. They then gave him a small bowl of mostly melted ice cream that they had scraped out of the bottom of the container. My husband pulled 3 pieces of paper out of his ice cream. He 's not the type of person to complain about anything, but this was pretty ridiculous.

They had no sugar added ice cream! It was creamy and good. Hit milkshake for hubby. He said it was excellent. Nice place to go.

Just alright. Definitely not using real Oreos in their flurries and sundaes are a bit undersized.

Flavor of ice cream was fantastic, portions were a bit smaller than others.

Very good ice cream. Took my aunt there she loved it. Very friendly. They take credit cards. N you can earn points to earn free ice cream.
