We didn't receive any refills, and no one asked if we wanted dessert. Instead, they just cleared our table and handed us the check. It was clear they didn't want us there, which was disappointing given that we spent $117.44. While the food was good, and our appetizers and meals were enjoyable, it left a sour taste in our mouths due to the service. I also couldn't help but notice that some of the staff seemed to lack proper hygiene, which was unsettling.

We had heard wonderful things about the Lighthouse Restaurant at Lake Keowee, and it certainly lived up to the hype. Everything from the crab pretzel to the main courses was outstanding, truly capturing our hearts with its flavors. The food was fresh and expertly crafted, especially the Famous Chicken, which was simply delicious. The seafood medley was also fresh and packed with flavor. For dessert, we indulged in the strawberry shortcake cheesecake, crème brûlée, and chocolate lava cake, all of which were incredible. Our dining experience was further enhanced by our attentive server, who was always quick to refill our drinks. I highly recommend checking out the Lighthouse Restaurant if you're in the Lake Keowee area; we'll definitely be returning!

We had a pleasant experience during our visit, enjoying both the food and the service. Although we had tried to make a reservation, they were not accepting any more at that time. Instead, we decided to head over and sit at the bar. Fortunately, a table became available within 30 minutes of our arrival, so everything turned out perfectly.

I had the pleasure of taking the judges for the SC Distinguished Young Women program to dinner at the Lighthouse. They came from Florida, Indiana, and North Carolina, and they were all thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we had an outstanding server who went above and beyond to assist us. One of the judges had an allergy to olive oil, and our server made sure she was safe with her order. The food was delicious, and everyone enjoyed it. They all expressed a wish for a restaurant like this in their hometowns. I will definitely be returning!
