Starbucks - Seneca

This was my first time visiting this location, and it was a disappointing experience, even with the manager present.

I had my first visit to Starbucks, and it was an excellent experience! The location was spotless, and the staff was extremely helpful. My Frappuccino was delightful, and the prices were quite reasonable too. I will definitely be going back!

This restaurant was impressively clean! Imani, the staff member who assisted us, was delightful and interacted wonderfully with my granddaughters. She truly deserves an Employee of the Day award!

I'm a big fan of Starbucks, but I've had a frustrating experience at this location for the third time now. I always request almond milk in my coffee because I'm intolerant to dairy. During my first two visits, I noticed them mistakenly using whole milk, and I had to ask them to remake my drink. Unfortunately, this time I couldn't see them make my order, and after just one sip, I began to feel unwell. It’s crucial for the staff to understand that customers require these alternatives for specific health reasons. Please make sure your team receives proper training on this issue.

The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional! Every time I go, the drive-thru staff take the time to talk with me about my day or engage in light-hearted conversations. It's evident that they truly enjoy their work, and as someone with over ten years of experience in customer service, I truly appreciate that! Keep up the fantastic work!
