Seneca Family

This restaurant has always been one of the best places for a true FAMILY dinner. The employees, from the staff to the owners, are all fantastic people!

The restaurant is quite average for a meat-and-three place. The white gravy wasn't great, and the green beans tasted like they came from a can. However, the corn nuggets, chicken livers, and mac and cheese were enjoyable. The interior could use some updating. The servers appeared overwhelmed, suggesting that they might need one or two extra staff members to help out.

Our food and waitress were good. As we checked out there was a question about the tea being included with the meal the man at the cash register had a little fit. We don't eat out that often so he ruined our dinner out and we won't be back.

I stopped in to Seneca Family Restaurant for lunch during a visit to the area. I frequently look for places like this when I travel locally owned family style restaurants that offer good food at fairly low prices. And I was not disappointed here. The fried shrimp plate was generous in size, and the food was tasty as well. Lots of locals frequent this restaurant, which is definitely a good sign. I'd recommend stopping by for a bite to eat if you're in the area.

Just very slow service. The grilled chicken pita was delicious!!
