We wanted to drink some coffee and eat cake this afternoon. We entered the coffee with our 3 little dogs and sat at a table. After about 15 minutes, we were expelled from coffee because no dogs are allowed in coffee. I spoke to a salesman and asked. I was pointed out to a scjild, which was not visible at the entrance door but at a pane far next to the door far down. I asked why we were let in and we were 15 minutes. sat there. In response, I was pointed out to the sign and I was told that they can't do anything about it, they're just the employees. Nevertheless, you could have said immediately that the dogs are not allowed. Dear Chief or Chief. Please bring the shield to the dog owner directly. That one lets us, yet it was seen the dog coming into the coffee first had a place to look for and we sit down is not very nice and also not professional by the staff. But then they can't say anything about it and they wouldn't mind, but if it's seen from the Cef there's trouble. Unfortunately, I've never seen anything like this before and since we're not going into a caffe without dogs, hopefully to understand. This was very annoying and embarrassing for us as a customer. But we've saved money and that's why we've got the very bad rating. Not even a star you deserve.

SUPPORT!!!! Summary: 10.02.2023 after my written complaint, I was called yesterday both by the district management and by the branch management. Now again personally appeared at the branch to clarify the situation. It was quite strange, but I finally got the 50€, also 2 pieces of cake. Proclaimed saleswoman was also very dissolved, apparently had fallen behind the drinks machines....no matter. I am very grateful for the conversations, both on the phone and in the branch, felt very serious as a customer. In the end, I can say: The cake and also all baked goods there, were and are always very tasty, and the sellers are always friendly. It was a mess of unfortunate circumstances.
