Ordered online. Got to store at designated time. The store was under staffed. The cashier and manager were more worried about splitting a tip than continuing to serve customers. After 25 minutes, we asked for a refund and were informed we would have to email a holdings company. We immediately sent email and have had no response. This was 3 weeks ago.
