Walmart Supercenter - Semmes

Whatever you do not buy milk from here is bad about 10 days before the date, it is usually bad within 2 days to have it in the house and yes my refrigerator is cold

Absolutely the worst walmart, there is never open register so it forces everyone to check themselves and it is incredibly slow. the personal is rude when they ask. don't waste your time here.

This special Walmart sucks! The shelves are practically empty on a regular basis and what is in the shelves is creepy. It's like a hurricane is coming every week. I remember going through months ago and wondering if there was a storm in the Gulf I didn't know about. I have heard that people murmure and talk to other people - in person or on the phone - about how this Walmart is always out of things and how much they hate it. There are never enough registers open. There can be 2 actual registers with a cash register in the middle open (one of them is the Express Lane Lol, which is a joke). You are lucky IF the self-checkouts are open at BOTH end anytime and IF the long with the conveyor belts are open, it is a miracle! ALL have long lines, but more will never be opened to accommodate the lines. I don't know if it's a shortage of employees. (Can't wait to see how they treat the holiday) I went to Saraland, and it is a whole different world- more variety, shelves in stock, cleaner, some islands and areas seem broader, registers actually opened, AND a self-service kiosk/locker area. I might have to do my regular shop, even though it's farther away.

The cleanliness of prices is satisfactory. The bottom: Hardly any cashier employees! Almost all checkouts are self-checkouts that I obey!

Downloaded Yelp just to leave this review. This store needs some inspections done ASAP. Delivery service sucks. If I didn't need it, wouldn't use it. Can't ever get ahold of anyone when needed, deliveries have been late/forgotten, missing/randomly added items in orders, terrible/unrelated substitutes. Now they're trying to send out multiple orders to deliver at a time. Id love to know why they think they can handle that when they can't get one order correct. I'm STILL currently waiting on my [mixed up-ultimately undelivered] order that was supposed to be here at 11-12... it's 2:30 now. It's an inconvenience to the entire day to wait on something that's supposed to be a convenient service. Hope whoever did receive my order this morning is enjoying my coffee.
