Three Olives - Seminole

Three Olives is one of our favorite spots for dinner in the Sand Key Island area. The restaurant boasts a stylish yet casual atmosphere, creating a fantastic dining experience. Upon entering, you're greeted by a welcoming bar and a dining area adorned with beautiful lighting and comfortable seating. On the night we visited, there was a piano player providing lovely background music that added to the ambiance. The menu features a variety of options, including the Sunset Menu (available from 4 to 6 PM), which includes a salad, iced tea, bread, an entrée, and dessert for just $16. My personal favorite is the French onion soup—it's consistently the best I've ever had. We've dined here often and have never been disappointed. Our favorite waiter, Mark, goes above and beyond to ensure your experience at Three Olives is memorable and encourages you to come back frequently.

I came across this restaurant while looking for discounted gift certificates for the holidays, and the reviews made it sound like a great option. Overall, we were quite impressed, although the service was a bit slower than we would have liked for a weekend evening when it wasn't too busy. Our server was friendly, our glasses were constantly refilled, and one of the owners stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal. The only minor issue we had was with the seasonal vegetables; some pieces were a bit overcooked while others seemed undercooked. However, my steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and the sauce was delicious.

I was the first customer of the evening and found this restaurant to be truly amazing. The seating arrangement was perfect for our visit, and the live jazz music added a quintessential New York vibe to the night. The decor is very inviting. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the food was cooked to perfection, just like the photos promised. We started with the Ahi Tuna Salad, which was exquisite, and the French onion soup, which was nearly perfect (it just needed a touch more mozzarella). I must also mention that my drink was crafted perfectly. For our main courses, we had the Atlantic Cod and the fillet, both of which were excellently prepared and as delicious as they looked. To top off an already fantastic evening, we were seated at the piano bar with Stacey Knights singing our favorite songs, which made us linger for an extra 90 minutes. It truly was a perfect evening. Thank you to the attentive staff for an unforgettable experience.

That was my first visit to the three olives, but certainly not the last. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. For the starters I had the Calamari and for dinner I ate the chicken marsala both were delicious, I also tried the baby back ribs.

Great place for dinner and/or drinks. We have eaten in the restaurant and at the bar. The chef ensures everyone is happy...what a special touch. Rick at the bar knows everyone's name and takes great care of all the patrons. Had an extra special night on Thursday with Rick (not the bartender) playing the piano and singing.
