Papa Johns Pizza - Seminole

I've been ordering pizza from this location for almost two years without any problems. However, about two weeks ago, I ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks, and the delivery was quite late. The pizzas arrived cold, while the cheese sticks were hot. I assumed they were just busy. Today, I ordered a couple of pizzas again, and after waiting 50 minutes, I decided to call. I explained the situation, but the person on the line didn’t apologize and instead asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I said that if she was confident the pizzas would arrive hot, I’d rather keep the order. She then informed me that she was canceling it and expressed that she didn’t appreciate my attitude, asking me not to order from there again.

I placed an order for a gluten-free pizza at Papa John's in Seminole on November 9th. When I went to pick it up, I was greeted by a young employee who had her head down and offered no greeting. I stood there for five minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. When I finally received my pizza, it was overcooked and burnt—completely unacceptable! They told me they would refund my money and advised me to call my bank, but the refund still hasn't appeared in my account. The cook, who claimed to be the manager and had hair hanging in his eyes, sent me an email about the situation. Instead of a refund, they offered me free pizza, which I declined. I won't be ordering from Papa John's again anytime soon.

Like many fast food restaurants, the staff here put in a lot of effort. However, after waiting nearly two hours, I decided to cancel my order. The employees appeared rather pleased with my decision to cancel. It seems like it's hard to find anyone these days who can handle even the simplest tasks reliably.

I order from this location frequently. But after today NEVER AGAIN. We watch the delivery guy come out with someone's order in his hands and dropped there food on the ground.The top came off he looked around scooped it back in the container, sat in hisfront seat of his car while placing the lid back to secure it, then shook it up really good and set off to deliver it????! Icalled and spoke with the manager he said he will have a talk with the guy. But dropping food on the ground then picking it upto give someone is absolutely disgusting and shouldn't be tolerate. This is probably not his first time doing something likethis or worse. So if your food was delivered by a bluish car with like black convertible rag top your food was dropped on theground. Papa John's yall have to do better.

Haven't had Papa John's in a long time and was disappointed with our takeout pizza. Toppings were very skimpy and very little sauce. May be another long while before I get Papa John's again!
