Dunkin' - Seminole

I went To this location this afternoon and wanted to point out the outstanding service i received from the staff. They were extremely fast while being overwhelmed with a vast amount of orders and even though i witnessed another customer become irate due to not getting his coffee within approximately sixty seconds of placing his order, the staff handled it with the upmost professionalism and tried their best to diffuse the situation even though they were being belittled and berated. James whom is a new hire at this store is an outstanding employee is an example for others to follow as he tried his best to perform great customer service. Go to this location and you will not be disappointed.The biggest disappointment is if you go there between 730-8 expect them to be closed. They close before 8.

Though the Dunkin company has made the stores kinda bland in color, the crew made up for the lack of atmosphere and made the visit worth the walk inside.

Got there around 7 PM. I pulled up To the speaker and was waiting there for almost 5 minutes before he said give me a moment I’ll be right with you and I said OK waited another five minutes for him to come back and mind you when I pulled around there were no cars nobody in the lobby just some people standing up there talking then when he asked, what do you want instead of what can I get you which was rude I asked him if he had any more brownie batter donuts they said no and I get that at the end of the night there can be no more donuts left but I waited almost 10 minutes and that line just for them to have the one thing I went there for

I was have one bad day at here. When i was give him 20$ and my order only 5.11$. And he was changed to me 4.89$. Then i was ask him many time about this mistake. But he still say i just give him 10$ however i only have 20$ in my wallet. This is last time i come here and never come back again. It is true. if they want they can check your camera by themself.

I came through the drive thru this morning and one of the older ladies was being rude to her employee I asked the employee what the lady name was and she said Lisa. I wanted to write a review on this because I found it very disrespectful how she could sit there and belittle someone who was trying their best. You should put someone in charge like that who belittles their employees instead of correcting them in a manger manner. This isn’t the first time I’ve came by and she was doing this and I feel like something should be done about this. It’s very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be coming back if this continues
