Very friendly staff especially one cute ladies., thanks for the hearts sign.

Service was alright but it took over 9 minutes to get one frappe. They weren’t calling out the names so I had to hang around the counter till it was ready. Air conditioning was on too low which was too cold for a rainy day.

Very big and spacious outlet. It has drive thru service and dine in. The location is so convenient. It located inside Lotus Mall, along Jalan Semenyih. Plenty of parking outside the mall and also inside Lotus mall. The baristas are friendly and helpful.

The place looks very modern and unique, staff are very friendly, cosy couches
