Freebirds World Burrito - Selma

I don't understand why this manager hires certain employees to interact with customers. The woman who was working earlier was incredibly sweet and pleasant to order from. I wish I knew her name. However, the woman working there today was rude to three different people while I was there, including myself. I have been coming to this restaurant at least once a month because of the kind service from the African American woman who always treated me and my friends and family so well. Unfortunately, the woman working today treated people poorly. I hope the management reads this review. I live in Austin and know many people who frequent this restaurant. I will not be returning, and neither will my friends and cousins.

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:00 a.m. and received unfriendly looks from the employees. One server was kind, but the others, including the manager, were rude and angry. I came in 30 minutes before closing and requested a burrito which needed to be cooked. It took 25 minutes, which was fine, but the attitude of the staff was disappointing. I asked for sauces on the side for our burritos, which they provided, but forgot to include in my order (I discovered this when I got home). I also ordered a large queso and chips, but both were only filled 1/4 of the way. I understand that times may be tough, but being friendly doesn't cost anything.

The food is delicious at this restaurant, but my order wasn't even started until I arrived to pick it up. The staff is friendly, except for one lady who is always unfriendly. She constantly ignores customers as if they aren't there. As a delivery driver, I waste time here which ultimately costs me money. Door Dash drivers avoid this restaurant unless the payout is worth the long wait for the order to be prepared.

My daughter ordered a monster steak burrito online and when she picked it up, it didn't have the steak or ranch or cilantro she ordered. tries to call the load, and it says I'm sorry that nobody is available to answer her call and then it hangs on her.

Originally from California and this is the closest I can get to the amazing west coast Mexican food back home. All ingredients made perfectly and the assembly is super fast. (You won't be waiting long unless you're indecisive) Will come back again for sure. Highly recommended.
