Had the order set for 6:15 and still wasn't ready at 6:30Food is greatService sucked, probably some of the most unenthusiastic group of youngsters I've ever seen at a fast food joint. If they don't like their job, they should just do better or strive for something more.

WTF dry ass burgers. Not even the bag had grease, what's going on Five Guys. These burgers sucked today. One burger had half a patty

Burgers were really dry. Soda machine was out of carbonation. Meal overall for fast food was really expensive.

I ordered a large bag of fries and a small one for the family, making sure to ask for them to be salted. We live less than five minutes away from the restaurant, and when we got home, we found that the fries were undercooked. They tasted more like unsalted mashed potatoes! Nobody enjoyed their portion, and we ended up throwing them all out. We've never had such disappointing fries from Five Guys before, and we won't be returning for quite a while. My receipt confirms what we ordered.
