Kfc - Sellersburg

3pc meal w/one side and a drink. Ab-so-lute-ly NO 11 herbs and spices on the chicken anywhere anymore here at this location, which from what I was told is the Northern Office location of AJS, Inc., the multi state regional franchisee of KFC restaurants in this region. Couldn't taste anything but greasy chicken. Still finger-licking cuz of the chicken grease, but that's it. Pathetic. You could go to Slap-happy's on a street corner anywhere and get better tasting flavored chicken. Take some skin to an independent lab and see for yourself. No joke. Save your money! Parking: Lotta semi parking too. Be careful going in and out four wheelers. Kid-friendliness: Friendly enough for kids as in no hazards sans the semis going in and out as well as other vehicles. Inside is bland. Booths, tables, chairs. Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty level stuff here. Nothing crazy to climb.

We got home to eat our food, and as always, after a long, hard day, a food item is missing, so instead of eating with everyone, I have to drive back up there to get the missing item. This will be the last time we come back. Eating is about more than just enjoying your food after a long day. It's about enjoying your food with family, and if you can never do that, then you're paying high prices just to have a bad experience every single time. It's just such a damn shame that, and it's not just KFC, but at every restaurant, you can't just get what you order, and enjoy your food. Would be really nice if a manager made sure that the employees were doing their job. There needs to be a system implemented where until items are scanned by a food bagger, the order is not complete. It's too easy to make sure people get everything for them to be missing something every single time.
