Little Caesars Pizza - Selkirk

I ordered two pizzas and some cheesy bread, but when we got home, one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called the restaurant to request an exchange for the correct pizza. The man at the counter, who I assume is the manager or owner, insisted that he had made my pizza correctly and claimed I had ordered wrong. He started pointing his finger at me and asserted that the old pizza couldn’t be resold because my son had taken a bite. He also mentioned that pepperoni costs extra and that he would check the security footage to prove my mistake. I offered to pay the difference without issue and asked what the problem was. Meanwhile, my son was crying as the manager continued to yell at me while gesturing emphatically, and eventually, he made a new pizza. The service was extremely poor, and I will never return.

The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious!

I’m giving this place one star because it’s the minimum required to leave a review. It would be nice to see a menu before being asked for personal information. Why is it not possible to place an order without choosing a specific product? I'm already frustrated and don’t want to engage with this company. It’s best to take your crust elsewhere. The online service is rude, and I have no desire to visit the store. Do better!

Ordered two pizzas. One was delicious, but the second one looked old. Pretty sure they gave us one of their premade ones, and a fresh one.

They rarely answer their phone... usually about 4t minutes before close.. they close early.. their staff are extremely impolite and disrespectful.
