Contribuiți la feedbackThe service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered 1 16-inch pizza, 2 jalapeño peppers, and 2 garlic sauces. However, they gave me 1 16-inch pizza, 2 jalapeño 12-inch pizzas, and 1 12-inch plain cheese pizza - all of which had raw dough. When we tried to explain that this was incorrect, it seemed like they did not understand English. We eventually gave up and paid for everything, only to realize that they also had trouble with basic math. I don't mind newcomers, but they need training in their work, basic math skills, and understanding of English. I will not be returning to this place.
The pizza delivery man arrived without any change for a twenty dollar bill. When I called the store, the manager pretended not to understand English, making it difficult for me to communicate my concerns. I had to wait outside until the delivery man returned, causing my pizza to be warm instead of hot by the time I could finally sit down and eat.
Once again, Raj provided excellent service with a friendly attitude to Nancy. He and his staff patiently explained their pies. Nancy and her daughter enjoyed the pizza during their last visit, which is why they returned. Nancy hopes the restaurant doesn't close early again, as it resulted in her having to go to another place late at night where the pizza was disappointing. She believes PappaJohns is far superior. Nancy praises Raj and his staff.
Ordered a pizza here late night. Came after the app said it was ready. Went inside to ask for my Pizza, the guy was in the back doing something. Kindly asked him to give me my Order when he gets a chance. He immediately told me my order wasn?t ready eventhough it had said that for fifteen min on the app. After this he told me it would take an additional ten minutes and thenunprompted said ? if you scream I?ll cancel your order? I?m sorry. SCREAM? for what reason would I scream? Your customer serviceis bad already and I?m being nice and calm about it. But saying that without any prompt is absolutely ridiculous
I 've been ordering from this since we 've moved into the neighboorhood. These last few months they have been getting the order wrong. A simple mix up. I order thin crust and square cut bc I have small kids. Lately they have not been been square cut. The1st 2 times I didn 't call. I cut it into pieces for my kids. The last 2 times i called. Tonight I called and the guy I spoke towho I found out to be Raj was very rude and unprofessional! He started raising his voice and yelling. Then he tells me you canget a knife and cut it yourself excuse me! When is ever ok to tell a customer that??? So he says he will send another pizzaout. I say okay and hang up. Then I call right back and tell him I 'm coming to the store to pick up my pizza and bring theincorrect one back. I call to tell him and more rudeness from him. I tell him his customer service is trash and he says hedoesn 't care! Smdh! I get up there and he starts out with a raised voice immediately. My husband steps in and tells him he 'snot gonna talk to me in that manner in front of him. Raj then smartly says well how do you want me to talk to your ma 'am. He isvery rude and unprofessional! I got my money back and on the way out he picks up the pizza and throws it across the floor. WEWILL NEVER EVER order from there again.
