Lily's Chinese Food - Selden

Before Covid we used to go here all the time for their roasted duck which was what this place was famous for. After Covid we been ordering off of DoorDash. Got fish with picked cabbage and beef/beef tripe. Really flavorful and done right. Good portion sizes. The fish was still hot by the time it arrived at my doorstep so that was definitely a plus.

I attempted to call in an order and the person who answered just continuously said they don't speak English and hung up... I'm not sure why they couldn't hand the phone to someone who does being that this is a restaurant with take out option available.. but that shouldn't happen. Very annoyed

Authentic Chinese food, at first I was hesitant and figured it was another Chinese fast food restaurant boy was I wrong. This is definitely one of the very few authentic real Chinese food out here In Suffolk! We will definitely be going back when we are crazy Chinese food and don't want to travel all the way to flushing.

This is a great place for authentic Szechuan Chinese food! Portions are ample and service is friendly. I always leave satisfied and full

Wonton soup looked and tasted like dirty dish water. Dumplings were light but tasteless. The dipping sauce was tremendously salty.
