I am reluctantly giving the Selbyville McDonald’s a 3 star rating which is a shame because typically we rarely have an issue with our orders. However, on one recent occasion we had an issue ordering with the app (which is GREAT btw)and the dark haired female manager (wasn’t wearing a name badge) was not only unable to help due to her lack of knowledge/experience with the app, she was condescending and rude. I had already placed my order but she ended up upsetting my husband so much, we left and drove to the next closest McDonalds. It was an awful experience. They’d be 5 star in my book without that woman as a manager.

Everything was good food wise . Iam only giving 4 stars because despite Everything that was good , it was just too loud with all the kids but I get it there kids I just like eating in less of a cafeteria atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
