Grand Tappattoo Resort - Seguin

I stayed here for my niece's wedding. It was totally amazing experience. Clean, full of beautiful landscaping. Perfect place and beautiful. Food was over the top excellent.

We arrived for dinner before 9PM, and the dining room was empty. 4-5 tables. Service was EXTREMELY SLOW.We waited 50mins for our appetizers. No drinks or cutleries served yet. After another 30mins of waiting we got the entrees...the food was delicious. But we're so exhausted, couldn't enjoy it properly.We will never come back here again.

I brought our entire family here for a week at the end of july. Talk about the perfect family getaway.So much to do and the kids had an absolute blast food was a very reasonable price and the amount of activity available left my husband and I time to relax as well.The staff was magnificent. Friendly and courteous. Definitely will be returning Way to go tappattoo for making this an incredible vacay

Have dined here on special occasions and enjoyed wing night a few times, although they are known to run out, and you are left sitting over an hour before finding this out due to low staffing. Paid over $200 last evening for a pasta entree with a few chicken strips and alcoholic beverage for 4 adults. Too pricey for us and we won't be back. Could have had the steak for $24 instead of pasta which is cheaper fare. Live in the neighborhood but will not return at these prices. Try Wellingtons. Memories of Muskoka or Bay Street Cafe.

We have cottaged close to Tapattoo for many years. For the past few years the menu has been crazy expensive and not worth the trip. We went to Tapattoo this year and the menu is fantastic! Reasonably priced, great selection, Tuesday/Friday specials, etc. Add in the fantastic view and restaurant and it is definitely one of the best restaurants in the area. I do agree though with the reviewer who mentioned how slow the service is, but from talking to the server it sounds like they are hiring more waitresses, bartenders, etc. and so I am sure the service will improve. I guess the restaurant underestimated how popular they would be once they menu was improved.
