Ninos Pizzeria - Sefton

The service was fast at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the pizza was not up to par. As a pizza lover, I found it difficult to even order 2 slices because I was very hungry. If you're looking for a tasty pizza, I would not recommend this place.

I ordered my food at 5.30pm my food arrived at 6.45pm it was stone cold like it had just came out the freezer. I then rang politley and asked them to resend my food back out as this was not acceptable the man rudely said the food was not cold as he cooked it himself when i would kf happily ate the food if it was piping hot he then i would havw to wait another hour and half for delivery person to pick the food up to return to the shop then wait another hour for delivery i then told the man to forget the food and bring back the money as it was already 8.30pm then another hour still no sign of anyone so then i rang back and he told i shluld appricate the fact it was a friday night and he wants to make sure he delivers the foos out piping hot to other customers. This means i would of been waiting nearly 4 hours for piping hot food only recieved my refund at 10pm as i told him i was not waiting up all night for his mistake. We had ordered somewere else at 8.30 and had eventually piping hot food and fed by 9.15. Absolute joke of a takeaway place ans service is awful dont order from here not worth your money or time. I have been a customer of Nino's for many years, but unfortunately, my most recent experience on Friday night (14/0918) was extremely disappointing. We ordered the value for money family meal deal at 7:25pm, with an initial delivery time of 8:20pm. However, the delivery was delayed multiple times, and when I called to inquire, the man on the phone was rude and unapologetic. The food finally arrived at 9:15pm, but the pizzas were lukewarm, overcooked, and unappetizing. The chips were also soggy and lukewarm. I was too disheartened to complain, but after reading other reviews, it seems that many others have also noticed a decline in quality since a change in ownership. I will not be ordering from Nino's again and will instead opt for Domino's, where the food is consistently excellent and the service is top-notch. Goodbye Nino's, it's been a good run.

We had a wonderful experience at a local pizzeria. Our order was delivered promptly by a friendly delivery driver. The food was tasty and fresh. We will definitely be ordering from Nino's again.

Without doubt the most beautiful pizzas they will ever get. I tried every pizza shop and these youngs win hands down. the ingredients are always fresh and pizza toppings are of the highest quality. we order every weekend and would not go anywhere else. really friendly, well-trained staff and the supplier tonight was such a nice guy. 10/10
