Costa Coffee - Sefton

The hot chocolate and coffee were very good, but the only issue was that it seemed like they were having trouble clearing dirty dishes from the tables.

We visit all couple months with offers via vodaphone, but that seems to confuse them, also thought it is a good license that only scanned, but say that the hot chocolate, coffee and cake are all very impressed that the tables are cleaned after each visit

This restaurant is consistently out of items on their menu, which is very frustrating. If they sell certain drinks every day, why wouldn't they keep them in stock?

We visited a café and ordered the vegan cakes. It took a few minutes to receive them, even though we were the only customers inside (due to COVID restrictions). We were surprised to find milk in our coffee. The staff seemed confused when we expressed our disappointment, which is unacceptable considering that milk is an allergen. We won't be going back.

I love her coffee and hot chocolate and if I ask what I want to go on birthday or christmas, I ask for costa.
