Horster Mühle - Seevetal

I've known the mill since my mother lives there for over 26 years. The food is always top class, the service very good, the organization excellent! I recommend the Horster Mill!

I was in the Horster Mill for the first time today after a TV report on the Seevetal was published in the NDR. Beautifully located and charming restaurant or inn. Finally German cuisine. There are, and this is rarely enough, sufficient staff. The staff tries to be friendly, but you notice the tension through Corona. Saturday is also a stressful day, especially when the weather is good and that despite Corona. Hygiene regulations are well complied with. I've eaten a cream soup with cream cubes before and then Labskaus again. Soup looked very good and was delicious, but the freshly cut spring onions did not have to be. She overtones the mushroom taste. The Labskaus also looked fantastic and was made of genuine crocheted bovine breast. There was a real Matjes, of course mirror and red prayer. There was a small pepper and some salt on the eggs and I personally was too much acid in the game. Otherwise I liked to eat here. Come on.

Great restaurant right on a water mill with large garden and covered terrace. Very nice ambience very clean and well maintained The food is really excellent, always prepared with fresh ingredients, no cans or bag stuff. Top Very friendly staff and also with the car no problem, parking available in large number Very recommended, always very happy

Was enthusiastic, eating superlecker, upscale class, but super-bourgeois and supereasy cozy. Staff very nice and trouble to communicate with us hearing impaired, just great. I'll come back with my family.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was super delicious and for a small nail in the parquet the boss came personally with the hammer.
