Saltrock Southwest Kitchen - Sedona

The view is magnificent and really sets the stage for a delicious meal. There is outdoor seating with heating for colder winter days and an indoor eating area off a gorgeous hotel lobby. The drinks are where most of the flavor is, but the food was verygood as well. The cocktails are handcrafted with loving consideration and stunning presentation. We recommend the margaritas andthe prickly pear martini, served up. We ordered the elote dip and the special, short rib fajitas. Though we were impressed withthe presentation of both dishes, the balance of flavors were a touch off. A little too sweet, not enough salty. The elote couldhave used more cotija as well for that salty aspect. As far as value goes, it is a little pricey, but you're also paying forthe view. The service was excellent and they allowed us to split our main course and make appropriate changes to our taste. Allin all, we would definitely recommend for a gorgeous cocktail experience and view to die for.

Fantastic experience! The atmosphere and vibe were spot on. I usually bring my dog with me when I'm up north, so it's nice to be able to do that and enjoy some fine dining out on the patio. The food was great! Tasteful light, but you leave feeling full.To really polish off the evening, the service was exactly what I expect for finer dining. The server went out of his way to makesure we had a good experience. The bartender even went out of their way to satisfy our unique drink requests. Not only will I beback, but I will remain a strong advocate of the SaltRock Kitchen.

Beautiful resort, hotel and restaurant. It has an amazing sunset view of the red rocks. The drinks were amazing and food delicious. We got the truffle fries, tacos and asparagus all delicious. The drinks were strong and well displayed. Awesome placeto have dinner if your visiting and want to dress up a bit especially if most your trip you were hiking.

The service and dinner at this restaurant were excellent. I would definitely recommend it and will be returning. I especially appreciated the valet parking, as finding parking in Sedona can be difficult. The location is also perfect for shopping.

The menu is a bit limited, but the view is amazing! We all enjoyed our taco dishes and the carne asada.
