Dellepiane - Sedona

There is a reason this place won best burger in Sedona. I had the cutie burger, side of garlic fries and 3 empanadas. He had the vegan hotdog and yucca fries. First off, don't let the name fool you. The cutie is not some cute little burger. It's a quarter pounder and a respectable meal in its own right. I was expecting a slider. Nope. I didn't even get to my empanadas, which were great leftover for breakfast this morning. He said the carrot dog was possibly the best vegan hotdog he's ever had and he's not new to the vegan thing. Then there were fries. The regular fries were hand cut and CRISPY! Not dry and overcooked but twice fried so they were the perfect doneness. The garlic style was as good as you think it was. The yucca fries were moist and tender, better than any Peruvian restaurant I've been to. Oh and did I mention they have Spuds ice cream? Goat cheese- blackberry- habanero. Spud makes some serious ice cream and it is the perfect accompaniment to these burgers and fries. Andreas took good care of us. Service was prompt, our water was frequently refilled, and we were checked upon regularly but not hovering. This was by far our favorite place that we ate on our honeymoon and we will return the next time we're in town over the holidays. Thank you for a great evening!

So much more than a “burger joint”, but still it totally is a burger joint. We’ve been coming here for about a year now... my husband always gets the classic, I always get the veggie hot dog (I’m a vegetarian) and the yucca fries. The veggie hot dog is a smokey carrot with amazing toppings and the softest bun. It’s completely amazing. On our last visit we went rogue and tried new things; the Elote corn was out of this world, we had 3 empanadas (ok, 4, but I’m not counting) and the Sedona Slaw. We split the veggie friendly empanadas and I loved them!! My husband had a special chorizo one and he raved. The Sedona Slaw is a meal! Next time I’m gonna add some avocado to that and call it a day. Soooo good. We tried the Impossible Butger sliders. I was scared at first, but they really were good. Huge beer selection, plus wine, plus get this they use vegetarian Worchestershire in the **** Mary’s so I can actually drink them!! Everything about this place is fantastic.

I 'm kind of simple when it comes to food. When I go to a pizza place for example I always order a margerita first because if you can 't make a good margherita nothing else is going to be good. So my first experience here I ordered the 'classic ' and it was perfect in every way. Since my first meal I 've returned 4 more times and have explored the menu a bit more with no disappointments. The apps are on point too, yucca fries are yummy and the drinks are made with choice spirits. A

I thought I knew who had the best burgers in Sedona until I went to Dellepiane. Now I know those burgers were just good, at Dellepiane they’re outstanding! Best burger ever! Coleslaw was good as well, no mayonnaise but more of a vinegar. Even a little bit of kale inside I really liked it and I don’t like kale! Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other things on the menu.

The best burgers, empanadas, fries, the whole menu is the best in Sedona! Very efficient staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable! Unbelievable flavors! The whole Dellepiane experience was incredible! Loooooove Dellepiane! You will too! 5 Stars!
