Bistro Bella Terra - Sedona

I sat at an outdoor table and, as I placed my napkin in my lap, I discovered it was covered in ketchup that had been left on the table. The waiter informed us that there was no manager available for the next two and a half hours. To help with the mess, he offered me a cup of soda water to clean my beautiful silk blouse, but there was no gesture of goodwill, not even a complimentary cup of coffee. We ended up leaving a small tip and commented on how unacceptable it is for a supposedly fine restaurant to be without management during service. We suspect the manager was around but simply chose not to address the situation. I will not be dining there again.

When I brought this to the attention of our waiter, he told us there was no manager available and that there wouldn't be one for another two and a half hours. He offered me a cup of soda water to help clean my silk blouse, but there was no offer of even a complimentary cup of coffee. We left a small tip and noted on the receipt that having no manager present at what is supposed to be a fine restaurant is unacceptable. We truly believe a manager was on-site; he simply chose to ignore the issue. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
