Was there yesterday , had a great meal and a great time , Jay does a outstanding service, definitely going back

As usual, lovely food. Can't fault this place in a small town. Of course, got to mention the service lol. Thank you Jay for putting up with nutters like us.

Placed an order via Just Eat, unfortunately the order was delivered incorrectly. Once we got in touch with the restaurant the whole order was replaced. Food was excellent and delivered hot. Management then followed up with a phone call to check everything was OK. Would recommend and will use again Please ignore negative review on Just Eat but can't delete it.

I'm afraid i don't have many positives to give this restaurant, the seats are uncomfortable, the food tasteless and cold. I would have asked for the food to be heated up but there wasn't anyone free to ask. The two waiters were busy taking takeaway orders on the phone. Such a shame as it used to be the best in Bridgy.

Luckily the food is worth waiting for even though it could be a little hotter (heat not spice) when served. We waited to place our order for drinks for 14 minutes then another 10 minutes to place our order. It was 1 hour and 15 minutes before we received our meals and were eating though many take away meals went out before we received our food. Shame really as there were quite a few people there for a Monday night. Many others had to wait too. We put it down to staff shortages n the restaurant and huge take away orders rather than anything else. The food was good, tasty and exactly what was expected. Here's hoping they manage to get more staff to deal with their customers in the restaurant soon.
