Ordered 3 pizzas for takeaway. Sitting inside filo’s for an hour now only to be told they lost the order slip in the kitchen and they only starting to make my food now. I’m lost for words. First time I have ever come here and ordered food. This just makes me want to cry! Update to my review: I received my pizza and refund and the pizza was delicious. Thank you for making a terrible situation better.

Under new management, we found the quality of the food vastly improved. The best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The chicken schnitzel is excellent.
