Dunkin' - Secaucus

Asked for medium coffee and loaded hash browns and the cashier in the front she’s a regular there by the way. Took my order thinking I was getting the correct stuff. She didn’t hear me and gave me another item instead of the loaded hash browns I asked for smh and went on ahead to give me an attitude because she made the mistake and it’s always the same person she always has an attitude makes me wonder did I do something to her that I don’t know of. I’ve been coming here for years she’s been working there for years as well. I don’t understand why the sudden change towards and mind you it’s not the first time she has done this. My last couple of visits the same cashier has been getting my order wrong or takes it upon herself to serve people she knows ahead of me. I used to love coming here I rather change to different location. Like for example like the dunkin in downtown Secaucus they’re very nice and humble.

Everything here is double the price and there is no toilet and you can't even wash your hands here

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years on my regular Walmart/Sam's club runs. It is usually a normal Dunkin experience, I always and polite and say thank you, even if it's an online order and I didn't even have to interact with anyone. Yesterday I ordered by mistake the frozen coffee instead of the frozen hot chocolate for my wife who is pregnant and advised against caffeine. I know, my mistake. I asked very kindly if they could please switch it, that I made a mistake,,, pregant wife,, etc... The lady literally laughed in my face and told me she couldn't do it.I will never go back here out of spite, and hope you learn to treat customers with more respect.

The new caramel chocolate is a new favorite to add as a swirl. I go unsweetened flavors of toasted almond and coconut with the chocolate caramel sweetened syrup and 2 creams for a large iced or xl hot.
