Starbucks - Sebring

My driver had it upside down in his backseat and was less than half way full and he gave me a used straw

My drink wasnt even filled to the top. I paid 20$ for a venti large coffee.

Is this what a caramel ribbon crunch is supposed to be? It looks and taste like 2 diff drinks....

Awesome people, fast service. Excellent product every time! Consistent. Best coffee shop in town. Thank you too all the employees who make it that way. ????????

The employees were extremely nice. My daughters lid popped off and drink went down her. They lady making drink was the nicest most sincere and caring person I think I've ever met. It was only a cold drink thank goodness. So my daughter was fine other than the humiliation. This lady went over and beyond making it right and getting my daughter dried. I can't remember her name and Im truly sorry for that. (I hope this message gets to your boss and your become manager. So wonderful experience for my daughters first visit to starbucks. The store was clean. Parking lot not too busy. My daughter loved her drink and we will be back. Thank you
