Ziti Italiano Pizza - Seattle

I was craving for pizza and this was about the only place within the few blocks to get some okay pizza slices. I went there kinda early around 11:30 and the slices I got were barely not cold; Not warm enough to make me think they were from the day before? But still edible and okay pizza.

Additionally, while I was there to file my complaint about the food poisoning, I witnessed another customer returning her salad due to a bug found in it. When I asked for a refund, they denied my request, claiming it was against their policy. I have reported my experience to the health department, and it appears this is not the first complaint they've received about this establishment. I'm currently collaborating with Vicky from the Department of Health to take action and hopefully get this place shut down!

Great pasta and delicious Alfredo sauce. I also liked the fact the they had no problem with substituting the pasta type and overall service was really nice. The price is also reasonable, so I will be back for Alfredo pasta!

The pizza is fairly average, but besides a place way up on Madison, it’s the best slice I’ve found in the downtown area. Objectively speaking, it’s decent—good, but not extraordinary or something I would specifically crave. That said, it will be my go-to spot for pizza during lunch downtown, which says a lot. They also seem to offer pasta, and I plan to give that a try sometime soon as well.

Staff was late opening the store. They were very rude and not very curteous. After they got the store open, I went to order some food and the guy acted like it was a chore to serve me food and was very grumpy at me. I tried to order only to be told that thirty credit card reader did not work. So I went somewhere else to grab some food. I came back not nearly five or six minutes later and voila thier credit card machine was working... The grumpy guy every once in a while would give me a nasty stare. All I wanted was a cheese calzone. That was apparently too hard for them to serve...
