Contribuiți la feedbackEverything vegan!! got a burrito and nachos. both the nachos and burritos were amazing! beautifully arranged space. food cane relatively quickly.
Veggie Grill has a full plant based menu offering traditional American and Mexican comfort foods. Burgers, sandwiches, fries, macaoni and cheese, burritos, quesidillas, etc. are the type of things found oh their menu. I have tried a few different menuitems from different locations. The taste is consistent , and the menus are the same. This visit I had tried the Double BBQ MacBurger with bacon, Regular Fries, and the Belgian Chocolate Cake. The Double BBQ Mac Burger was good. It had all the taste andportion you would expect from a fast food Burger spot. However, I find these burgers to be better than most vegan spots andcertainly consistent. The bacon adds a nice crunch and saltiness to the Burger that goes well with the smothering BBQ sauce, andpieces of cheese covered macaroni. The bun is nothing special, but taste fine. The fries are good, remind me somewhat of aBurger King French fry. A little ketchup, and you will be good to go. The fries could be a little less salty. The cake is good.It is a box cake but it still tastes okay. If you 're looking for a sweet treat at the end and you like chocolate; it willdo. The service here was great and all the staff was really friendly. The food came relatively quickly, and there was a lot ofavailable seating. The place could 've been a little cleaner; as I noticed the floor was dirty, and some tables were not clean.
I used to frequent the Veggie Grill in Westlake but they've permanently closed, unfortunately. They always had tip top service and delicious, freshly made food served with a positive and upbeat attitude. This location however will give you the stink eye,if you simply ask for an extra side of aioli for your Large order of fries? Dude, it's a large! But wait. . . is it really? They'll fill your fries with what looks like a drink cup half full! But still charge you $6. I didn't say anything about it as Ifelt it wouldn't have done any good with staff attitudes already flaring. The salad was pretty tasty but four pieces of veganbuffalo is super stingy for $12. They really skimp on their ingredients and are not generous for the price that you pay. I didnot have this type of experience at other VG locations. Some attitudes at this mall ooze 1980s rodeo drive vibes!
Our group tried each of the bowls for lunch. Overall, the fresh and light taste was quite delightful. We especially enjoyed the sweet potato fries and sauce on the side. In the taco bowl, the lettuce was a bit wilty after sitting with hot food. Many of thedishes suffered a lack of seasoning, but the grilled tempeh was on-point. As a vegan cafe with gluten free options and a diversemenu, this is an excellent lunch spot, though some improvements could be made in the finishing touches of each dish. Grab somesalt and pepper grinders, sriracha and you?ll enjoy a light and tasteful lunch. The staff speak Spanish and English and thistrendy environment is an energetic work-from-anywhere environment.
Ordered through delivery, which I know often affects quality. But it was just all around disappointing. I got the Cajun fish sandwich. This is how it arrived. None of the other condiments that it was supposed to come with. Very mediocre in flavor. Thebroccoli was just awful. The website mentioned sustainable packaging, but it came in just another plastic container.
