The Central Saloon - Seattle

Now, a quick note about the food. Kudos to the pitmaster! Seattle is quite an expensive city and it's surprisingly hard to find food after 9 PM. Thankfully, we arrived at 8:50 just before they closed the kitchen, and the BBQ was outstanding. Not only was it delicious, but it was also great value for the quality. Sure, there was a cover charge, but don’t let that deter you. Enjoy good food, drinks, and fantastic music!

I recently visited this venue, and I must say, it's fantastic! The walls are adorned with pictures showcasing Seattle's rich music history. It's a great spot to catch a cool local band.

This is a fantastic bar with plenty of charm. The live music was incredible, and the drinks were excellent as well. I will definitely return!

Fun vibe with reasonable prices. It’s a grunge bar. Seattles oldest bar. Nirvana played here, fun open mic opportunities. The fridge cabinets and bar top are original from 1892. Really good spot here.

Another Seattle institution where I was thinking, 'Why have I been away so long? ' Another COVID casualty where I 'm just getting back up to speed in my own city. Now onto the food: They 're now a Pecos Pit BBQ joint and I haven 't tried their Q yet. However, THEIR HOUSE MADE PICKLES ARE INCREDIBLE. I 'm a bit sheepish for not coming back sooner.
