The Ballard Cut - Seattle

It was great! recommend the gemstonesalat, the brussels sprouts and the blacks. the grits/polenta that comes with the pork hack is to die for! the linguine pasta was also amazing. also recommend their whisky cocktails!

Wonderful experience! each dish was delicious, the cocktails were fantastic, incredible service, and we have enjoyed our whisky tasting through the very knowledgeable tommy!

Our entire experience at The Ballard Cut was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was all excellent, and the cocktails were delicious. We really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts, Catalan sausage, the pork chop, and the sausage linguine. We will definitely be going back!
