Taqueria Tehuacan - Seattle

The burrito was fantastic! The horchata was average but still enjoyable.

I absolutely love their food, especially dish #7 paired with their spicy salsa. The rice and beans are among my favorites as well!

Some of the best meals I enjoy often come from food trucks, cozy family cafés, or local dives. Taqueria Techuacan is a food truck located in the parking lot next to a Shell station in Rainier Valley, and it serves some of the finest Mexican food I've tried in the city. The flavors remind me of those I experienced during a trip to central Mexico. I’m especially fond of their Pollo Asada and the Carnitas plate. The pollo is a half chicken that is perfectly seasoned, always featuring crispy skin and juicy, tender meat. The carnitas are delicious, featuring succulent roasted pork with sautéed onions and peppers. (Though there was one occasion when the pork was sautéed a bit too much, leading to dryness!) My husband is a fan of the Carne Asada, which is equally delightful. Each dish is accompanied by the usual sides of beans, rice, and tortillas. The portions are generous, often leaving me with enough leftovers for breakfast. While it tends to get busy during lunchtime, they are open until 9:00 PM, so consider stopping by for dinner. It's a fantastic value for a delicious meal.

Delicious authentic Mexican food. Very kind ! I will never forget the favor as my phone was dead and the establishment charged it for me . I felt nothing short of god with this place!

This is the real deal quite possibly the best food i've had out of Mexico.
