Taco Del Mar - Seattle

I have visited this particular Taco Del Mar several times, and it has consistently been a negative experience. It seems like the only employee is a mother who often brings her child to work. The store has been closed during its regular hours, even when I could see them inside. During my last visit, an older woman (who I suspect is the employee's mother) made my burrito and clearly had no idea what she was doing. I chose not to intervene and guide her through the process as I didn't want to spend 20 minutes doing so. I still enjoy Taco Del Mar and will continue to eat it, just not at this location. While you may still receive decent food here, it is much less risky to visit a different, better location in my opinion.

The lobster seafood dish is back on the menu! The restaurant has a nice, clean location and the staff is great. They do not offer any vegetarian or meat options.

The man at the front was quite rude to me, and I was surprised to see such a young child working at the cash register.

This location was fantastic. I have been to other locations and the meat was dry or there was not enough ingredients in between the chips. But this location definitely nailed it. Everything was delicious and there is way more than enough ingredient which is great. I will definitely be back :

I 've come in here 3 times total. Every single time I come in, the employee refuses to prepare fish the main dish that Taco Del Mar is known for. The second time, his excuse was that it was almost closing time. This was at 5 pm on a Saturday. This store is open until 8:30 pm on Saturdays. Today, they are advertising shrimp tacos. The employee is wearing a shirt that says did you say shrimp?, as a form of advertisement. My friend tried to order shrimp tacos and, again, he refused to prepare any shrimp. The name of the store literally translates to taco of the sea which, coincidentally, is a comprehensive list of everything they refuse to serve.
